Description:This series of products , the new-type , eco-friendly , fast
foaming stabilizers , are made from metal soap ,special foaming
modifier and foaming control agent, applicable to such products
with different foaming ratio as PVC Yoga mat, shoe material ,
carpet, , artificial leather.
Properties :
1.Excellent heat stabilizer :good initial colourability and
sustained heat stabilizer ,the dosage is only 60%-70% of liquid
Balrium Zinc or Kalium Zinc ,therefore ,to reduce greatly the
formula cost of manufacturer.
2.Eco-friendly ,non-toxic :this products is a part of the calcium ,zinc
series ,without the bad odour , and it have passed the test of SGS.
3.unique foam booster greatly reduce the decomposition temperature
of the foaming agent.
4.Good control on the foaming density: the rebound elasicity
,density and the hand feel are much better than those of liquid
stabilizer.
5.Good yellow resistence:compared with the liquid stabilizer ,this
powder stabilizer can avoid becoming yellow even if the final
products are stored for a long time
6.Good general purpose: used widely in various fields such as PVC
Yoga mat shoe material , carpet, , artificial leather.
7.Convenientcompared with the liquid stabilizer , it is convenient
to weight and transport ,and they can avoid waste in the process of
use .
